So much of the grandiosity of Smash could come from these disparate characters interacting with each other. Literally 3 or 4 more would've done it, with some occasional text convos or prompts. but you can't tease us with this grand narrative quest, introduce this awesome looking powerful villain in Galeem, and then the only bits of story after the intro are what they are (won't spoil JIC). I get the whole not wanting to do redo SSE again. You need a stronger narrative Sakurai.Don't let me dismiss spirits that affect the board! Seriously, I wound up dismissing the ones that repair bridges by mistake and I had to go back to the spirit board to get them back.Spent literally 2 hours tracking down the last two spirits running and scrolling through the map. give me some kind of indication that "hey, you missed a spirit". Jesus christ let me see what spirits I'm missing from the big map.The hundreds of spirits to track down are great, but forcing me to fight at least 75% of them just to get to the end of the game was just painful.
Don't make the main quest line so ridiculously long to run through.I could see them doing this again, but if I had some suggestions: It was a good concept with shaky implementation.
